About the room
Hi, I’m posting this room for my in-laws. Only my parents will be living there. They are Vietnamese so somebody who speaks the language would be preferred but please everyone is welcome to apply. Kitchen and living area is downstairs with all 3 rooms upstairs. 1 room is available for rent with a shared bathroom. You are welcome to use the shared facilities as you wish. My parents are quiet, clean and loving people and would like someone who is quiet and clean as well. They speak English. No pets allowed. No couples. No guests overnight and no smoking in the house. Street Parking available.
About the roomies
This posting is for my parents. They are Vietnamese but speak English. They are quiet and clean and like to spend most of the day working or in the living room on their day off. Mom loves to cook, so hope you like to eat😊 Looking for someone like family to take the other room. Thanks
