Hello! I am looking for a roommate in my home in Medford, MA. The room is available for April 1. The room is located on the second floor with lots of natural light, tons of additional storages space under the eaves and has a closet as well. The dimensions of the room are approximately 15’x11’. You would share a bathroom with only one other roommate in the house. The room is rented unfurnished. Rent is $1200 per month plus utilities. Utilities are split between the roommates (gas, electric, wifi, water). There is no broker fee. First month, last month and security deposit are due prior to move in (3 x $1200 = $3600). The lease would run until 5/31/27.
The house is spacious with an open floor plan and is located on Park Ave in Medford. There is a large living room with a sitting area, a dining area, a full kitchen (fridge/freezer, dishwasher, gas range) with bar seating and tons of storage space. The common areas already have furniture! There is free laundry in the basement and the home has central AC on the first floor. There is also a patio with outdoor furniture and grill in the back of the house. There is on street parking available with no permit required. The house is near to restaurants, bars, gyms, grocery stores, parks/recreation areas, train and bus lines, I-93 and more!
We like to keep common and personal spaces clean. We have a weekly cleaning schedule to make sure the space is always tidy. We keep noise low during the work week. On the weekends we do something once in a while but also have our separate lives. We would love to have someone who enjoys a similar lifestyle!
