Hi Everyone,

I have one open room in my house to rent. The house was built in 2018. The area is great! It is a new area, has nice amenities, and includes a community pool and park. The home is in Northeast Bend and is only 10 minutes from downtown. I am close to Costco, Safeway and other convenient shopping areas.

Inside the house, I have a tv set up, full kitchen, fireplace, bbq, fire pit, living room furniture, washer and dryer, and garage if you need to store a few things.

A little about myself - I am very easy going and enjoy being around people. I work in sales near the Old Mill, I stay active by going to the gym and enjoy being outside as much as possible during warmer days and weekends.

I am a person who enjoys grabbing a beer or just hanging out with people and my dog Smokey, but also enjoy my privacy, as well. Unfortunately, no other pets in the house.

I do have one other tenant that lives in the house who works at a local resort.

The room is $750 (I pay for the utilities) must give a deposit and a one month notice if you move out.

What I am looking for in a roommate is a person who is looking for a nice place to enjoy, but also is respectful to other people who will be living here.
