2 different rooms are being offered at this address. One room is by itself on the main floor with a connected bathroom and lots of closet space. The second room is on the top floor and shares a bathroom with the room on that floor and also has 2 closets. Quiet and clean neighborhood with some privacy. Close to all businesses on north reserve with a 5-15 min drive to University campus depending on traffic. Quiet neighbors with little to no interaction. Parking on the street but with plenty of space. House is right across from a dog park and the neighborhood has multiple parks within walking distance. The house has a backyard and a front yard, with a barbecue. Kitchen has a new fridge and new dishwasher, with a microwave and electric oven/stovetop. Living room furnished with a communal TV, in addition to a large dining table. A new washing machine and a working dryer in the basement.

Two students who are 21 and older. Focusing time on finishing school and working. Both are not that interested in partying or the so called college life. Both are former hockey players for the University hockey team and are both avid golfers. Typically will watch sports games together in the living room or basement but otherwise allow each other to do their own thing. Typically make our own meals and purchase food for ourselves but off chances we cook something as a house and do it together.
