This apartment has Ocean View’s of the beautiful Pismo Coast. It has an enclosed front lanai that is an enjoyable space to eat or relax in. The all electric kitchen is small but easy to cook in. This is a fairly large private bedroom and a semi private bathroom. There’s only one shower in the apartment, but there is an extra half bath that I use. So you will not share the sink or toilet in that bathroom only the shower. If you have a cat or dog that are pleasant, clean and friendly, they would be welcome here. There will be a $500 pet deposit. It is close to the 101 freeway and centrally located in San Luis Obispo County. There is a transit bus stop about a block from here. There is one off street dedicated parking space. It is super pedestrian and bicycle friendly around here. You can walk to the beach, Spyglass Park, and several nice hiking trails near here. De Palos Deli and Kanpai sushi are about a half a block from the apartment-both have excellent food. And other restaurants within walking distance or short drives from here. Downtown Pismo Beach has a lot to do on your day off and also there are numerous wineries, distilleries and breweries as well, and of course, the beach from many of the local cities near here as well as right across the street! Hospitals and Cal Poly university are nearby. There is a queen size bed, one nightstand with a lamp, two storage/dressers, and a large closet. You can use the living room including the TV that is in there, I will have space in the cabinets and the refrigerator for your stuff.There is currently a sewing machine and cabinet that is in the photos and I will be selling that before it’s rented. (Photos were taken at night, so it looks pretty dark, but it is very light and bright during the day.) Also, I will be getting new linens and towels for your use.

I have lived here for 16 years and I love it! It is walking distance to the beach, downtown Shell Beach, and all the coffee shops and restaurants that are there and a very lovely place to walk. I am single, no pets at the moment, and am a very quiet person. There is Internet here, but no cable TV. Looking for a quiet roommate with manners, respect, and kindness.
