About the room

We are located halfway between Penn Valley and Yuba City, just off of HWY 20 with an easy commute to Grass Valley. The property is 5 acres that my wife and I manage a small flock of sheep and grow food on. There are plenty of recreational activites as well nearby with Englebright Lake and a handful of hiking trails.

The room is unfurnished, but the rest of the house is.

About the roomies

My wife (28) and I (34) both work full-time, and spend most of our free-time on the property trying to start a small farm business. It’d be great to find someone with an interest in ag, but definitely not necessary. We are both pretty easy going and the house itself stays quiet.
