I just bought this cute little house in a quiet neighborhood and I have an extra room upstairs. The room is furnished with a very comfortable adjustable queen-size bed, a TV, and two nightstands. It’s a smaller cozy space with a small closet, so some clothing may need to be stored on a clothes rack outside the closet. This setup works best for someone with a more minimal wardrobe and belongings.

I take pride in keeping a clean, well-organized home and am hoping to find one person (no kids or couples) who feels the same and is considerate of shared spaces. To keep the home comfortable for everyone, this is a no-smoking and no-pets home.
