Property located one block away from community park that has a track around it. 1 mile away from Dollar General, Shell gas station, restaurants, day care facilities and School all close by. Quite community.

God fairing Christian man, attend church on regular basis , active in my church community. I respect boundaries in turn expect the same, I am a private person, work from home when working in Victoria areas. I keep to myself, family oriented, if I do anything it’s usually out attending lunchons, dinners or private events out away from the property. I’ve had both gender tenants and have leased out rooms to both, prefer Female’s due to upkeep and cleanliness. When working in different Big city locations I use the Roomies app. Very cost effective and good privacy.
