This property is a 4 bed/2 bath house complete with on-site laundry, a dishwasher, a 4-car driveway, and 4 lovely roomies looking for a fifth! We are co-ed and very queer friendly. We have two large dogs and a cat. The dogs are super friendly but they typically stay in their room aside from outside time. You would get your own bedroom as well as access to all the shared living spaces. We have a wonderful green backyard and even a sunroom! There is also space for additional storage in the basement. We prioritize kindness, communicability, and cleanliness. We are looking for someone who is interested in signing up for a minimum 1-year lease. The house is furnished aside from the empty bedroom. We have street parking available. Rent is $850 before utilities.

We are all in our 20’s and are working professionals and students. Some of us work early shifts so we value thoughtfulness around noise late at night. We are co-ed but everyone is super respectful. Queer friendly!
