The space I am renting is the entire second floor of my condo in the Farmington Woods complex located near the the UConn Health Center. The space includes a large bedroom, walk in closet, private bathroom, and a loft space that can be set up as an office or living room. The home has all brand new windows, hardwood floors on the first level, and granite counters in the kitchen. All utilities are including in the rent and I will be providing an additional cable box for the space. The home has a private deck and patio space. The room upstairs can come furnished or unfurnished depending on tenants preference. I will be the only other person living in the home. The complex itself offers a clubhouse, restaurant, 4 pools, 7 tennis courts, and a private golf course.

I am an elementary art teacher and I also waitress on Friday nights. I enjoy being active and going to the gym as well as cooking. I am very laid back and as long as our common space (kitchen, and dining room) are kept clean there won’t be any issues. I am ok with guests coming over as long as I am made aware of it and I myself will have friends over occasionally on weekends. I am preferably looking for a young female professional to share my condo with me but at open to other options.
