I have 2 rooms for rent in my condo. It’s a quiet space in a central location. The bigger one(blue-green) is $600 a month half of utilities. Smaller one(gray) $500 is pending. If I rent both, utilities would be divided evenly 3 ways. Common spaces would need to be cleaned equally. I have alot of house projects that need to be done so if that’s something you enjoy I’d really appreciate the help, but not required, mostly painting and stuff like that. But Its a pretty relaxing environment. I’m open to being friends or just living in the same place.

Its just me and my cat right now. Ideally I’d like to rent out both rooms. The bathrooms are a shared space. Besides my bedroom the rest of the place is a shared space, the living room and family room in the basement is pretty cozy. Im pretty laid back, quiet and courteous and pretty good at communicating. My hobbies include: reading, baking, crafting, kayaking, pickleball, going for walks/hiking, thrifting, farmer’s markets, and vinyl collecting :)
