I have two rooms for rent in my condo. It’s a quiet space in a central location. The bigger one is $600 a month half of utilities. Smaller one $500. If I rent both, utilities would be divided evenly 3 ways. Common spaces would need to be cleaned equally. I have alot of house projects that need to be done so if that’s something you enjoy we can workout a deal on rent. Its a pretty relaxing environment.

It will just be me and my cat at the end of this month. Ideally I’d like to rent out both rooms. The bathrooms are a shared space.
