I have a furnished room for rent in large 3600 sq ft home in newer upscale community they are still building here. The room has a Queen size bed, small dresser upright and tv. There are 2 community pools, basketball court, tennis court, walking trails, 1 gig internet, cable all utilities included. There is a background check. $650 month for one person couples are welcome for $850 a month plus security deposit
About the roomies
My tenants are great with stable jobs a couple of them have been here a couple years already with no plans to live anywhere else.
