I have a 2br 2 bath on flamingo and Decatur text me for more photos of apartment. looking for someone with a solid income. if the rent seems a little high it’s because I do not charge for utilities. I am looking for someone to share the space with no restrictions to the common areas of course I will have some rules, but I overall want us both to enjoy the place i will be getting more furniture for the common areas overtime i just have the furniture I need for right now. I am not in a situation where I need help paying my bills or anything I just have the extra space, and I don’t want it going to waste and I would love to help someone in need because I was once a person searching for a room for rent as well. I currently use the dining room as an office and that’s where I’ll be spending most of my time. I am ok with pets, but you will have to pay the apt fee for having one I do not want to risk getting put out over a pet. I cannot do any more than 1 pet. I don’t mind noise or music please do not think you have to trap yourself in your room and be quiet. you must be clean and have good hygiene I clean the common areas daily. you will have to furnish the room yourself and provide your own bathroom amenities such as towels soap etc. the apt is has a bus stop right outside the entrance on flamingo there is a washer and dryer in the unit. I am 26 years old. I currently work from home. i have my own business so I spend a lot of time at my computer or at ups. I’m also a part time youth mentor/teacher if I’m not working, I’m playing the game, cleaning, running errand, or in my room sleep. I’m very social and open to conversation whenever You’ll need to talk. I’m very communicative. I’m very considerate. I like to joke a lot and I’m sarcastic person at times. I’m open to everyone life and hobbies we don’t have to be alike to live together. I do smoke but no cigarettes or vapes just 420 I drink casually but I don’t like to get drunk. I play music sometimes I’m ok if you do as well, I love hearing new music. I’m a fan of most sports except baseball. I like fashion and music.
