This 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment is located on the 3rd floor and comes with a parking space. The master bedroom is available for my new roommate, unfurnished, offering a private space to decorate as you wish (large enough to fit a King bed and still have ample floor space, image included). The rest of the apartment is fully furnished. Heat and water are included in the rent. We will split the costs for utilities such as gas, electricity, Wi-Fi, and apartment insurance. ( around $150 on average, it’s higher in the summer due to AC.)

Located next door to a beautiful park. 5 minutes away from Old Orchard Mall, HomeGoods, Jewel, Aldi, and 15 minutes away from Northwestern! We are also right next to the Yellow line for commuting, 2 stops from Howard which connect to the Red and Purple line. You’ll have everything you need right at your fingertips!

Yeah, it’s an older building, and a bit of a fixer upper, but it’s home, lol.

Hey there! I’m Azia and I am a 3D modeler/Graphic Designer. I’m on the lookout for a fantastic roommate to share my cozy home. I’m a positive, lighthearted person who thrives on creativity, so having a space with good vibes is super important to me. I work from home, which means I’m around quite a bit, and I’d love to find someone who is trustworthy, reliable, respectful, and, most importantly, kind.
