House is in the Clear Lake Area, minutes to Pasadena, University of Houston Clear Lake, Clear Lake Medical Center, Johnson Space Center, Baybrook Mall, 15 min to Kemah, 25 min to Houston Downtown. A short walk to the neighborhood’s clubhouse, green areas with shaded walking trails separate tennis/basketball courts, pool, picnic areas. I am renting 2 unfurnished bedrooms for choosing, $700 each room plus share of utilities (Gas, Electric and Cable-Internet). Parking in the driveway; front yard, back yard, utility room with full washer/dryer inside and all other space will be share except for private bedrooms.

I am looking for two non-smoking nor drugs user roommates, moderate drinking is fine without the drama, clean-tidy people only. Someone who can clean after themselves and be accountable for their actions pays their share of the rent on time, respectful to each other. Persons that are polite, easy to talk to when we see each other. We don’t have to be friends, but should mutually feel at ease at the home. I am a quite 28 years old male, who like sports and hang out with friends once or twice per week at the house to play board/video games.
