I turned the living room into a bedroom. It’s very big and it’s got a huge a very nice curtain going across the whole room for complete privacy. I am a single father and my 10 year-old son is with me 50% of the time. That’s primarily why I want a female. His mother rents across the street and she would rather a female live where her son is going to be half of the time as well. I am nice and clean. My son is super sweet and quiet. Wi-Fi included and great amenities. We have an awesome big pool that’s heated and very clean. Two Jacuzzis, tennis courts, basketball courts, the Topanga mall, the Village, plenty of restaurants and the AMC theater all right across the street. I pay $2400 a month and you will only pay $900 of it. There is a new bed and big table for tv etc. Lots of street parking and gated parking is available for an extra $50. I am quiet, no drugs I don’t drink. I don’t have a criminal record. I’m very clean cut and down earth. The laundry room is right outside our door and the entrance is very convenient to the gate. No deposit. Move in on the first.
I don’t get this part lol my current Roomie? She’s older and she’s moving out on the first so I am trying to rent it. I am just looking for somebody nice, somebody that works, somebody who’s clean. :)
