About the room
I have two rooms available in my five-bedroom home in a gated community about three minutes from Spring Creek on foot, and four from Oak Creek, out in a beautiful hidden oasis between Sedona and Cottonwood, out in nature, away from the hustle, bustle, traffic, daily grind! You would be sharing a bathroom with one respectful man who likes to keep to himself, and possibly another housemate, if both open rooms are taken. My home is big, 3,000 square feet.

P.S. I almost forgot. Someone wanted to take one or both rooms and advertise them to tourists for $1,400 for a month-long stay, for people who would LOVE to play on Oak Creek, including SUP, tubing, swimming, exploring. It is so beautiful there (and would be well worth $1,400 for that, if you’re going to use it! Why not take advantage of that yourself, for much less? Maybe you could also use the sauna, hot tub, pool at the clubhouse. I don’t even think about those things, because I’ve never used them. Although they might be meaningful to you. Same with basketball, pickleball, and tennis courts!
About the roomies
You are responsible, pay your rent on time, have full-time employment outside the home, are clean, honorable, trustworthy, of high integrity. I drink no alcohol and take no drugs. I hope you don’t, either. I consider myself spiritual, conscious, present, aware. I hope you are, too.
