Extra large, fully furnished bedroom on second floor with queen bed, dresser/mirror, nightstand & lamp, TV, couch (or can be exchanged for a table set) mini-fridge, modern storage shelving, walk-in closet, large window, AC/heat. Large private bathroom with towels supplied and plenty of storage.

Full size washer/dryer access, a shared kitchen/dining room, driveway parking, Netflix, WIFI and utilities included. Electric car charger available for extra utility fee.

Access to beautiful backyard with patio couches, fruit trees, grass, garden, table with umbrella, outdoor heater and hammock.

Friendly, kind owners live in residence, are business professionals and work remote. We are empty nesters now with a 7 year old dog who does not interact with guests and stays downstairs.

We are looking for a tenant who works outside the home, is quiet, respectful, good credit, good references, cleans up, non-smoker, no cannabis, no pets, one person only, no overnight guests, max one car. A background check will be required. This spacious room is perfect for a Livermore Lab intern/temp employee, Kaiser/ Healthcare employee, or traveling nurse.
