About the room
This is a new property that is finished being built in November of this year. It is located near the Durango Hotel and Casino (near the entrance to the 215). This is a 5 bedroom house with 4 full bathrooms. I will be staying in the primary bedroom and am looking for two more roommates. Two of the rooms will have their own bathroom while the other two have to share one. Property comes with fast reliable internet, Tankless water heater, and water softener.
About the roomies
I am an Associate Director at a tech startup and I work remotely so I’ll be home typically during work hours. I also travel quite a bit. I want all my roomies to be respectful and clean the after themselves and help each other out! Should be a fun time living with each other! I currently have two other roommates in the house. One being a manager at a restaurant and the other working in nightlife.
