This place is such a hidden gem! You’ll get the entire private downstairs space to yourself including a private bedroom, bathroom, spacious living room, kitchenette, and ample storage space - the kitchen and laundry are upstairs in the communal space. The space is unfurnished. Rent will be $1,050 before utilities, but with that will come access to the HOA pool, a separate one-car garage, free street parking, in-unit laundry, and a GREAT neighborhood. We’re right across the street from a King Soopers, we’ve got easy access to the Poudre Trail and several natural areas, and we’re close to Jessup Farms.

Nicole (26F) is an elementary teacher and Andie (31F) works in environmental science at CSU. We both have dogs; a 6yo cavapoo named Scooter and a 3yo lab mix named Murphy (sorry, no more pets as our lease only allows 2). Both of our doggos are super friendly! We love watching movies, hiking, reading, brunch, crafting (Nicole), and sports (Andie). We would like to live with another lady in the same age range as us and ideally we would love to have a roomie that we could also be friends with! We’re also both liberal so we’d like to live with someone like-minded.
