You will be renting 1 bedroom in a 2 bedroom 1 shared bathroom (end unit) townhouse with ample storage space in a private basement, use of washer and dryer in basement included, off street parking spaces located right at units door. Individual secured entry. Downstairs (1st floor) is an open floor plan with living room, dining room, and a kitchen with an island and dishwasher. Bedroom for rent is furnished, and can be unfurnished if preferred, with a full size bed, headboard with built in shelving, a desk, 32” smart tv and mounted sound bar, already established floating shelves, window curtains and blinds, floor lamps, your own closet with overhead shelving, and brand new carpet (mauve chair, decor pieces, and wall decorations shown in bedroom photo will not be in the room upon move in, unless requested they remain) You will also be required to provide your own bedding and sheets for the bed.) Price includes the use of Netflix in the household and WiFi internet. About a mile from grocery stores, pharmacy’s, conveniences stores, gas stations, Planet Fitness gym, and numerous food spots in the area. Couple miles from the Erie canal and a few local parks. Close to 390 North and South /490 East and West splits to access any direction around rochester. Also near multiple bus stops. Neighbor next door is very quiet too. The unit is far from the road making for minimal traffic noise. There is already one cat in the home and no additional animals are welcomed. No smoking indoors. Would prefer a non cigarette smoker.

Just myself and 1 cat. I’m 35 with no kids. I’m into kayaking, biking, camping, cooking, and baking. Big into concerts/live music. I’m very clean, organized, and quiet/light footed.
