Room: Approx 8x12 room incl. closet, furnished with twin-size bed frame, mattress, optional bedding. Room comes with bedside drawer & lamp, full sized dresser, standing lamp, new rug, and some wall art. Anything can be added or removed at your discretion. Additional storage available in house. Bathroom: three half-baths in total, there is an empty half bath downstairs you can use for your personal items, but please be advised it will be used by other people. Shared shower.

Property: Clear, furnished townhouse approximately 1135sq ft. Washer, drier, dish washing machine units in house. Well-shaded 24x14 foot backyard, great for well-behaved pets! TV, wifi, etc all provided. Ample street parking available <1 minute walk away, onsite parking for an additional $50 per month.

Location: In a safe, quiet planned community the Sunnyside Neighborhood, great access to public transit, adjacent to local school and public recreation area, ~10 min drive or 20 min bike ride to downtown Flagstaff.

Looking for clean, quiet, and responsible tenants with prior experience living with others. Full time students & full time workers welcome! Short term guests fine within reason. LGBTQ+ friendly. 420 Friendly, but please keep any form of smoking outside. Month to month lease.

I currently work full time from home in Clinical Research and volunteer in Emergency Services. I enjoy backpacking and climbing, and paint/illustrate both professionally and as a hobby.

Other tenant is 28 years old, quiet and keeps to herself, enjoys video games, and works full time at a local food bank.
