Beautiful spacious house in North Raleigh between Lead Mine and Six Forks. There are three bedrooms downstairs which are currently occupied. Two bedrooms upstairs are available to rent out, with a shared bathroom and additional living room area. There is a living room downstairs, dining room, full kitchen, and back porch. Lots of space, on a cul-de-sac with driveway and street parking. Quiet neighborhood.

Currently 3 of the 5 bedrooms are occupied: Will (M), 23, recently graduated from NCSU, works in Finance. Eden (F), 23, server and Bartender. Anna (F), 22, recently graduated from NCSU with degree in Statistics. The three bedrooms downstairs are occupied; there are two available bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom. $438/mo each. We also have 3 cats. Cats are welcome, but no dogs are allowed in the property. We are looking for 1-2 additional roommates in their early 20s to rent out 1-2 of the rooms upstairs! There is a shared bathroom upstairs.
