This is a bedroom in a 3B2.5b near UNCG (8-minute walk). The house has central air with heat and AC and washer and dryer in the backyard. Utility is shared among the roommates (about $60/month). The 2 male roommates are one UNCG student and one working professional. They are very nice, clean, respectful, and has mature mentality. The previous female roommate has no problem living with them. You will have your own bathroom. While one other roommate technically has access to the bathtub, he rarely uses it, so the bathroom functions as essentially a private bath. Lease term is flexible. Please allow background check as we all want to live under safe environment. Available from 5/1/2026. Need first month rent and one month deposit to move in. There is furniture in the room but it’s from the previous roommate and the landlord is not responsible of it.
