Hello, I have a room I’m renting out (12’10“ x 10’3“) with a wide reach-in closet. The room is unfurnished and carpeted. There is also a bathroom down the hallway that I do not use, so it’ll be yours. Other than the bedrooms, the rest of the house is shared; there is a large kitchen, dining room, sunroom, laundry room, and living room. There is a large driveway but no overhead shade. Electricity, water, waste, and wifi are included. I am slowly renovating the kitchen and living room, I just put in a new kitchen sink and I’m looking to refinish the kitchen cabinets next.

Hi, I’m Avis, I am T nonbinary. I’m fairly quiet and get along with most people. When I’m not at work I spend most of my time working on college work, doing arts n crafts, or watching TV shows. I like being sociable though I’m totally fine if you want to keep to yourself. I do have 3 indoor cats, all of which are very friendly, vaccinated, neutered/spayed, potty trained, and able to do tricks. I’m alright with most cage or small house range pets.

I personaly don’t really drink or use anything unless I’m at a social event. I don’t mind if you drinking or smoke aslong as you smoke outside.
