15 min to nyc , transportation to jersey city, hoboken , newark and north bergen in two blocks.Everything from restaurants,coffee shops , banks, stores gyms in walking distance.We have parking spot but thats extra for the person who wants it .The room will be furnished soon with one bed, drawer desk in each bedroom and living room with sofa , smart tv and a dining table . We are doing short term rentals only ranging from 2 months - 1 year at most. So please understand this is not somewhere to live long term! I also have the second floor as well empty with the same layout just currently renovating it but will publish soon! Utilities are paid !
