Carleton Place is connected to UNCW with a path leading to the commuter parking lot, making for a ~20 minute walk to class. It is also connected to the woods and the cross-city trail, which makes for excellent walks and bike rides. It’s about 15 minutes from downtown and the beach.
About the roomies
I live with my friend Ruby and we are both filmmakers who graduated from the UNCW film studies program and do freelance work around town. I am 24 and she is 23 and we are welcome to anyone around that age range. We’re not party people but have friends and collaborators over occasionally. Official move in is August first but arrangements for immediate move in can be made.
