Rent is $600 and utilities are not included. We have 1 female cat who is very friendly. Kitchen and living room fully furnished.

We are look for another FEMALE roommate!! We are both 25 years old. We are clean and quiet I work a hybrid 9-5 in office Tuesday and Wednesday and WFH Monday, Thursday, Friday. My other roommate works a flex schedule but doesn’t keep late hours Neither of us smoke We love board game nights, crafts, baking, watching movies and going on adventures.
