The building is quiet with a 24/7 doorman, coin laundry in the basement, and a courtyard in the center of the building.

The area is bustling with nightlife, cafes, Karaoke, restaurants, etc, all within walking distance!

The apartment is HUGE!! No, really. Although it’s a shared space, it doesn’t feel like it most of the time. At 2,500 sq ft, the space is the size of a house. The room is bright, featuring 2 small closet spaces, a full-size bed, and a private entrance. Room-darkening curtains and a 55 inch tv have been added.

2 women mid 30’s. My girlfriend and I share a room on one side of the apartment. There will be two available rooms starting July, one is located on another side and has a private entrance + hall bath. The other is next to my girlfriend and I and has ensuite bathroom. We are creatives, music, art, culinary.
I am social, love music, television, travel, and film. I am self-employed, so my schedule varies. My girlfriend is a more introverted but friendly!
