A Few Important Notes: • Torrey is on the lease but won’t be fully moved in for 1–6 months due to work. • We’ll have a written agreement with a 1-month grace period for late rent. • No smoking | No parties (casual hangouts are totally fine)

Pet Policy:
We have two ESA-certified cats, Fisher and Otter. Other ESA pets are welcome and don’t require a pet deposit or monthly pet rent. For non-ESA pets, the apartment allows two per unit; roommates would be responsible for a $250 pet deposit and $35/month per pet. We prefer pets that are cat-friendly.
