Attn: Microsoft employees. This is a rooming house situation. There are 2 furnished bedrooms on the first floor. The house has a full bathroom on each floor. The living room, kitchen and laundry are shared. The back yard is fenced with access to a charcoal grill. It’s located in downtown Clarksville with easy access to restaurants and stores. The home owner spends weekends at the property staying mostly in the on property camper. This is a shared living situation.

I am the owner and will spend most weekends in my camper on the property. I work in Raleigh and have shared custody of my 11 year old son. He is with me every other weekend, and with him comes his 2 doxie mixes. Also of note, I have a mini-macaw parrot who comes and goes with me. Again time is spent in the camper with the son and pets. I’m looking to situation that could benefit both working professionals and me.
