Welcome to our home is in a guard gated community. The common area has outdoor heated pools, tennis courts, and loads of walking areas. Our home is approximately 2600 sq feet with 3 bedrooms all with en-suites. Our home has a renovated large kitchen that is equipped with stainless steel appliances and all the necessary cookware, dishes and cutlery that you’re welcome to use . The large living and dining rooms are for your enjoyment as well. Your bedroom has a 3 piece en-suite. All linens are supplied. Your bedroom has a king bed, 2 night tables and lamp, a desk and chair and a walk in closet. For your convenience your room is equipped with a mini refrigerator, microwave, dishes cutlery enough ( for 1 person ) and iron and board. There is an additional $100 monthly cleaning fee for cleaning your room every 2nd week. This cleaning service will include washing your bed linens and towels. Re-making your bed and general cleaning of your bathroom and your room.

We are a mother daughter team. Mum is a snow bird from Canada. We presently have a female tenant.
