Spacious and welcoming 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house located at 3541 SW 15th St, Miami, FL 33145, in a quiet and convenient residential area just outside Coral Gables. The available room is private, unfurnished, and features a large closet with lots of natural light. You’d be sharing a bathroom with one other roommate.

The house has a big backyard, a large shared living room, fully equipped kitchen, central A/C, and in-unit washer/dryer. There’s plenty of free street parking, a parking spot available for you in front of the property and we’re minutes away from supermarkets, restaurants, and 5 min away from public transit. It’s about a 10-minute drive to the University of Miami, so it’s also great for students or staff.

No pets and no smoking inside, please.

We’re two professionals in our late 20s and early 30s working in tech sales and investment banking. During the week, we’re usually out early and back late — gym after work is part of the routine — so the house stays quiet and low-key.

We both cook when we can (mostly meal prep on weekends), and we take turns keeping the place clean. We’re respectful, tidy, and friendly, but we mostly do our own thing since work keeps us busy. We’re looking for someone with a similar lifestyle: clean, responsible, and okay with a chill, independent household.
