Room available in a 2 bedroom 1 bath lower unit in a house. Located in West Grand Rapids near tons of restaurants and close to downtown. In unit washer/dryer and parking in back as well. Utilities are not included but water is every 3 months and I’ll be paying for trash.

About the roomies

I am a 30 year old woman who likes to keep my space organized and clean but doesn’t sweat about things being perfect all the time. I have one smaller dog who is very well behaved and friendly. I work during the week but am off on weekends. Open minded and very LGBTQIA friendly.
