We live on the edge of Evans and Augusta right around the best of both towns! We are minutes away from several grocery stores, gas stations, and fast foods for quick bites to eat. Located right down the road from both River Watch and Washington Rd, you’ll have access to get to anywhere in Evans/Augusta/North Augusta with ease!

The room is a part of a 3-bedroom/3 bath townhome with an open floorplan, cozy and decorated! Each bedroom has closet space, storage in their bathrooms, great air conditioning/heating, and the kitchen features brand new appliances never used before us moving in (plus all of our shared smaller appliances)!

We have a shared space living room and dining room used for everyone to relax, eat, and hang out to have fun nights as a household!

The cost is split for 3 roommates, but can be split among 4 if a pair is looking to move in to share evenly for all! For more info about the cost and living arrangements, let’s chat or meet up to know if we’re the right fit for you!

We are a mixed household, with the 2 other roommates in the household. We are a diverse, LGBT+ friendly household, and a respectably rowdy crew who loves to have fun! We are a house who loves video and board games, reading, cooking, and vibing alone at times when we can. We would hope to have someone who matches our living style while being able to enjoy all of the above!
