We have a comfortable, private furnished bedroom available in our spacious 3-bed, 2.5-bath home in Buckley, WA. We’re looking for a quiet, responsible, and clean professional or travel nurse to share our peaceful space.

Your Private Space: Furnished bedroom with a queen memory foam bed and a heated mattress pad for ultimate comfort. Enjoy a view of majestic Mount Rainier right from your window! Includes two nightstands, a lamp, a 50“ Samsung Smart TV with Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu access. You’ll also have a convenient small walk-in closet. Smart lock with personalized code and physical key for secure, easy entry.

Shared Living: Full access to our well-equipped kitchen (fridge, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, all cookware). Relax in the shared living room with a large 65“ Smart TV (also with streaming services). You’ll have a mostly private bathroom upstairs (We primarily use the master bathroom in my room) with shared access to the half bathroom downstairs. Dedicated laundry room with Samsung washer/dryer.

What’s Included: All utilities included, though power over $150/month will be split three ways. Blazing fast 2GB Wi-Fi throughout the house. Ample off-street parking in our large driveway – no street parking! Just park to ensure easy garage access. Linens, fresh towels, and basic cleaning supplies provided. Whole-house HVAC for year-round comfort.

About Us & the Vibe: You’ll be sharing the home with myself (the landlord), my girlfriend, and our friendly dog. We’re both mid-life retired, generally quiet, rarely have guests over, and go to bed at a reasonable time. We’re happy to be as friendly or hands-off as you prefer, respecting your privacy. If you’re new to the area, we’re also happy to offer advice on things to do and places to see!

Pet-Friendly: Dogs are welcome with approval, additional rent, and deposit. Your pet must get along well with our resident dog to be considered.

Location & Safety: Our home is in a safe and secure location with exterior security cameras. Buckley is a very cute, quiet, charming town with a low crime rate. We’re conveniently located for: St. Elizabeth Hospital (Enumclaw): ~15-20 min drive. MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital (Puyallup): ~20-30 min drive. Other major hospitals in Renton/Seattle: ~45-60 min. Enjoy nearby Mud Mountain Dam Park, Lake Tapps, and Mount Rainier National Park for outdoor fun! Rent and additional furnishings/amenities are negotiable!

We’re both in our 30s, midlife retired, and find ourselves in between introverted and extroverted. We love to balance going outdoors and eating healthy with relaxing days at home and enjoying delicious food. Rest assured, we’re a quiet, clean, and respectful household, valuing a peaceful living environment.
