This is a quiet, safe, comfortable neighborhood just at the edge of town and conveniently located near I-12 at exit 83, centrally located with quick, easy access to Slidell and surrounding areas (and is actually located in an unincorporated community of Slidell. A touch of country living in town).

The rent is $700 per month with a refundable deposit of $700 that can be paid in installments (and is only to ensure no damages to the property, etc.).

Local references and verifications can replace a background check.

The deposit can be broken down into payments, and I provide rent receipts.
