The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable living area, in-unit laundry, and it’s right next to the pool and the gym. It’s well-maintained and I try to curate a welcoming atmosphere. The room is not furnished but the common areas are, and I’ve got some extra furniture and an willing to donate a few pieces to help if needed :)

Located right outside the heart of Plaza Midwood, the property is super close to a Harris Teeter, several coffee shops, and lots of really good food and bars. It’s a vibrant area with everything you need just around the corner.

I work in healthcare and I’m starting back to school in August. I have a big love for music and movies. I’m always down for a good conversation, but I also value a peaceful and respectful home. The vibe here is relaxed and friendly—great for someone who enjoys creative energy and community without constant noise or chaos.
