Highrise apartment that are brand new with a rec patio on 8th floor. Gym is being built. It’s located super close to all forms of public transportation (bart and bus).
I’m looking for a housemate to move-in by early September into a 2 bedroom/1bath apt that I have on hold, it’s a highrise in 1510 Webster St, Oakland.
Total expenses Rent - 2225 + 30 (tax) Internet- 75 Trash/sewage/water- 150 - 200 Pg&e- varies, 40 - 68
I plan on a yr lease. I’m looking to talk over the phone/facetime/zoomcall to get a better understanding of each other and what we’re looking for and whether they align.
Your room doesn’t not have a window to open, so I recommend a fan/air humidifier or just keep the door open.
The apt. deposit is $500. The total deposit depends on the credit history.
Expectations/Chores: Rent is due before the 5th. We have to pay altogether because of the building’s unorganized “pay all at once” system. So we’ll pay days before the 5th
-Trash and sweeping is based on if it’s needed and who sees it’s needed -Switch off mopping/cleaning bathroom once a week. Kitchen twice a week
Don’t be overly messy. Dirty, leaving messes or leaving hair all over the place (last roommate had a hair growth condition, so hair was everywhere).
After 1,2AM, don’t be too noisy
