My house is tucked in Loch Raven Village, accessible to many stores within walking distance. We have a private, fenced in yard (albeit small) providing a nice place to sit. Central air, with 2 full bathrooms! Lots of natural light! This house has served me well. It comes furnished. The basement has it’s own bathroom and will be available, along with the second bedroom upstairs. The bedroom upstairs will share the bathroom with the master. TONS OF CLOSET SPACE, Y’all!

I am in the process of moving out of my house (time for a lifestyle change for me). My beloved roomate will be remaining in the house, completing her first year with me!! She is clean, quiet, & super sweet! Always down to hang or try something new, or keep to herself!
