I like quiet and respectful as I will be to you. clean!!! Helpful with trash to road, ect… I’m very kind, but won’t tolerate anymore…No loud music, and no issues with my family coming to visit but I do not want my house 1-75, I want no company in and out of my house, I feel tenant can go visit their friends. I don’t mean to be harsh but bad experiences in past and won’t bend on this rule
