The house is clean and fully functional, but some areas are currently being renovated and upgraded (kitchen and laundry are mid-update and improving weekly). Everything is usable, just continuing to improve.

I’m looking for someone responsible, respectful, and stable.

Room Details: • Largest bedroom in the house • Shared kitchen, Bathroom & laundry (fully functional) • Quiet, drama-free environment • 6-month minimum lease, then month-to-month

Rent: • $700/month • $0 security deposit • Utilities included up to a threshold.

Pet Policy: • Must be okay with pets in the home • One small/medium pet may be considered • $250 refundable pet deposit • $50/month pet fee • No aggressive breeds

Looking for someone who: • Has steady income • Cleans up after themselves • Respects shared spaces • No parties
