About the room
Who are we looking for? Christian females renters in their 20s. No kids and no pets. Respectful, clean, and easy-going :). Must have a car. Someone that will be OK with a no guys in the room policy. We’re hoping to find someone who shares similar Christian values and lifestyle to help maintain a peaceful and like-minded home environment.
About the location: The perfect central location in the heart of DFW! This spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home is tucked away in a quiet, safe, and beautiful neighborhood just off I-30 and Cooper Street — offering the perfect balance of peace and convenience. You’ll be within walking distance to a park and Kroger, and just 5 minutes from UTA, AT&T Stadium, Six Flags, The Rangers’ ballpark, and tons of shopping and dining options.
About the rooms: We have 2 private rooms available – $800/month (utilities included)
About the lease:
- Rent: $800/month
- 1 month worth of security deposit upfront when signing the lease contract.
- Rent is due every month the same day you move in.
- 1-year minimum lease agreement
- Ideal move-in date: 4th week of June or beginning of August.
- Utilities are included capped at $300 for electricity and water , and $350 during the summer
What we need from you to apply:
- Photo of your drivers license
- Proof of income (Last 2 job stipends)
- Proof on funds (Screenshot of current bank balance)
- Two references contact info, figures of authority, ie employer or pastor or landlord
- Screenshot credit score

About the roomies
We are a home that loves Jesus, loves people, and genuinely cares for one another. The girls in the house are in their early–mid 20s. A typical Saturday might look like worship music playing in the background, one girl reading her Bible, another baking in the kitchen, and everyone simply enjoying a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere. This is a respectful, peaceful home where kindness and community matters.
