This is a furnished space. It’s a townhouse twin: two floors, with a shared bathroom on each floor. You would get the larger room–the “master” bedroom, which is in the back of the house. There are lots of trees and birds, which is great. There is driveway and street parking. There’s a backyard space that honestly needs to be fixed up–I’ve been on the landlady about that. But we can work on it together if you like!

I am a librarian professional–my contract at the university is ending June 30, so I will be putting together whatever jobs I can find (virtual or in-person, driving for Uber, who knows?). I am also a PhD student at the university. I have two cats. they would probably be ok with another cat–we can work that out if need be. I don’t smoke. I’m pretty progressive, and that’s important to me (politically), so I would prefer the same of whoever moves in. I’m an omnivore.
