Nice room for rent just minutes from I-12 (and the I-10/I-12 split) in Slidell. Will be available July 1st. Minutes from Stennis Space Center, Mandeville, Covington, and surrounding areas. CCTV security, Furnished, Whole home internet, Direct tv with internet backup, new washer/dryer, lock on bedroom door, safe quiet area. Pet friendly-I have a cat and pets welcome-based on individual assessment. I have my own bathroom so the other person would basically have their own for the most part as I don’t use it (I almost never have visitors and I expect the same from renters as this is a private residence, so no parties, socials or unnecessary visitors (take it to their house or the motel:)).

Elderly disabled veteran, I have a cat, must be pet-friendly. A pet acceptance will be determined on an individual basis. To ensure a good safe fit fit for myself and for the renter as well, I’m looking for a responsible male or female with guaranteed income. I can break the refundable deposit down into 3 monthly payments of $250 each but rent must be pre-paid. I do not need your banking information, I only need to verify your income and ensure that you are not a serial killer or… :) Looking for a quiet individual who lives in their room a(s I live mostly in mine as well and I’m almost always home). MMR is acceptable but I will need a copy of your state registration info. No illegal drugs, illegal activity, or drunkenness!
