Hi there! I’m looking for a female roommate to join me in my spacious 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment from August 2025 to August 2026. My current roommate is moving out in July, so I’m hoping to find someone to take her spot starting in August. The apartment is bright & airy, with plenty of windows and natural light. We have an in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, AC/Heat, and a cozy gas fireplace. The ceilings are vaulted, and most of the apartment is carpeted. There’s also a cute balcony with decent views and a storage unit in the garage. Rent is $815 per month, and we split utilities, which usually come to about $50 per month per person (this includes electric and internet). If you need to move before the 12-month mark, sublets are allowed. This is a quiet living area with seniors and some families. This is a safe area and there’s outdoor space for grills, too!
It’s just me, Lauren. A bit about me: I work in the healthcare industry and work from home. However, many days I’m gone half the day on home visits. I enjoy exercising, cooking, outdoor sports like biking, running, skiing, and equestrian activities, as well as reading, camping, live music, and spending time with friends and family. I’m often traveling on weekends and out on weekday nights, so even though I work from home, I’m not here a significant part of the time.
