34th Street

The room is in a family home that I share with my teenaged son. It’s a big house in a quiet, safe ,upscale historic neighborhood located off of Flagler Drive north of downtown West Palm Beach. The light filled , furnished room has a twin memory foam mattress, closet, desk, drawers and a smart TV with Netflix, HBO and all cable channels, wi fi is included as well as utilities. The house has a lot of character, big kitchen, laundry room ,pool and nice backyard and screened in patio. Neighbors are friendly and nice and there is on street parking. It’s close to downtown and the up and coming Northwood Rd with shops, restaurants and bars.

I am self employed selling high end European textiles. My youngest son, who is 16, lives with me and he is easy going and quiet. I am separated from my husband but we are on good terms. There is no drama here and I am honest and reliable looking for the same in a room mate/tenant. I also would like someone clean and respectful of my home with a steady job and income.
