The room is in a family home that I share with my 27 year old son. It’s a big house in a quiet, safe ,upscale historic neighborhood located off of Flagler Drive north of downtown West Palm Beach. The light filled , furnished room has a twin memory foam mattress, closet, desk, drawers and a smart TV with Netflix, HBO and all cable channels, wi fi is included as well as utilities. The house has a lot of character, big kitchen, laundry room ,pool and nice backyard and screened in patio. Neighbors are friendly and nice and there is on street parking. It’s close to downtown and the up and coming Northwood Rd with shops, restaurants and bars.

I am self employed selling high end European textiles along with having a boutique in West Palm Beach. My oldest son lives with me after returning from college. He’s 27. He is easy going and quiet. There is no drama here and I am honest and reliable looking for the same in a room mate/tenant. I also would like someone clean and respectful of my home with a steady job and income. I do not want ‘guests’ in my home unless for a specific request and asked ahead of time.
