Looking to rent out a room for 6mth to a year. 4br 2bath house in a neighborhood close to everything you need. Bathroom is right next to available room and I am very respectful of privacy. All utilities included and free to use kitchen, living room etc.

I live by myself and have a 12yo daughter who stays here every other weekend, hence wanting and being more comfortable with a female renter. I generally keep to myself and do my own thing. Keep things pretty organized and clean and would prefer someone who likes things the same way. Feel free to ask any questions
