The room comes with Bed + Mattess, desk + chair (monitors not included), and a dresser. My 3 bedroom house is fully furnished with complete kitchen, dinning, and living room set. It’s a shared bathroom situation but if you need your own, we can talk. The backyard is spacious and is available for events and parties (as long as I get an invite! 🤣) Located in Fullerton Area, 15 minutes from Cal State, Disneyland is also 15 minutes away.

There’s currently 2 people living in each of the rooms, looking to rent out the 3rd room since my roommate left for the Military. The 3 of us have been roommates for almost 3 years and get along well since we’re easy going and tidy.
