hi, we are looking for someone in their 20’s to fill up the fourth room in the house we’re currently renting. it is a 4 bedroom 3 bathroom, two-story house located in Poway.

the room is unfurnished and will be ready for move in by July 1st, 2025, but can be ready as early as June 25th. the room will be available for viewing on June 22nd. you will have a private bedroom with an attached shared balcony that overlooks the backyard, access to two detached, shared bathrooms, and access to all the common areas. the room will be a month-to-month tenancy for a single occupant. no couples, pets, or children.

the rent is $1,200 per month without utilities included, plus an $800 deposit, and a monthly roommate agreement to be paid and signed prior to move in.

we don’t mind occasional guests in the household including occasional overnight guests. we’re 420 friendly and don’t mind having it around as long as you’re respectful of us and the property and only smoke it outside of the house and clean up after yourself when you do. no cigarette smokers.

we are looking for someone who’s in their 20s, LGBTQ+ friendly, clean, respectful, quiet, and a working professional or student with a similar busy schedule to fill the room. we are a mostly queer household so you must be LGBTQ+ friendly. No Trump Supporters. if you have any issues with that then don’t inquire. if you have any questions, then please feel free to ask.

we are, Erin (26, M, vet tech/barber), Elizabeth (24, F, cosmetologist/barber), Jean (25, M, dog groomer), and Olando (23, M, barber student), and we’re trying to find one more person in their 20s as well, preferably also part of the LGBTQ+ community, to fill the 4th bedroom in our home. we are all in and out of the house at different times of the day and like to come home to rest and relax. we like to watch shows, movies, play all types of games, hang out with friends, host little potlucks/bonfires in our backyard, and go out places in our free time. let us know if you’re interested, we look forward to getting to speak to you!
